Agreement Overview
By engaging in the purchase and delivery of biomass, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Biomass Quality Standards
All biomass supplied must meet the quality standards set forth by our supplier. It is your responsibility to ensure that the biomass you provide adheres to these standards.
Haulage Costs
If the biomass supplied does not meet the required standards: – You will be responsible for any haulage costs incurred for the return or disposal of the non-compliant biomass. – These costs will be charged directly to your account.
Liability
We reserve the right to assess the quality of biomass upon delivery. Non-compliance may result in additional fees, as outlined in Section 3.
Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. You will be notified of any changes, which will take effect immediately upon notification.
